policies--payment, snow days, cancellations, etc.

| * Priddy Guitar Studios now has a new billing system to make it easier for everyone. Invoices will now be sent by email for your convenience. We are also working on taking credit cards to provide more convenience and flexibility our students. | |
| * We ask all our students to pay no later than the 3rd of the month. If you pay us on time we can pay our bills on time too and keep costs down for you. We are now charging a late fee of 10% of the balance due if payment is received after the 3rd. | |
| * Priddy Guitar Studios is closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day; we also follow Anne Arundel County Schools snow and other weather emergency closings, but call your instructor about rescheduling. | |
| * All make up lessons require 24 hours notice; missed lessons must be made up within 30 days; sorry, no credits or deductions from invoices unless the instructor cancels or the lesson falls on one of the holidays or weather emergency days noted above. | |
| * If you do miss a lesson for whatever reason, please contact us to reschedule. It's important to keep up a regular course of instruction--and of course practice, practice, practice. |
